This week was finally the week where I went on my 3rd interview. I learned about being a neuropsychologist in a new perspective how how it is like to be a neuropsychologist in a hospital setting versus a neuropsychologist who does their own private practice. I learned a lot about how a work day is divided in a hospital and even more about how neurpsychological testing works in a hospital. I also learned more about how interactions with other healthcare professionals works in a hospital where there is easy access to other healthcare professionals in a variety of fields. Aside from my interview I also did more research on disorders that are more prevalent in children and about specific neuropsychological tests for those type of disorders. From both my inter and other research I earned a lot of information that I can use for my original work. One thing I haven't researched yet is looking at actual questions that are in a neuropsychological assessment. I hope for next week, this is something I can further research.
